Disaster recovery
supporting infrastructure repairs and rebuilding for homes and businesses, with a focus on the underinsured or uninsured. Since 2024, California disasters have caused $38 billion in damage and over 38,000 insurance claims.

Emergency bags and supplies
for those at highest risk, getting vital resources to families fast. In the past year, over 1.2 million acres burned in California, displacing nearly 130,000 residents.

Temporary living assistance
for people unable to return home, covering hotel, motel, or trailer stays. Nearly 40% of wildfire evacuees still aren’t home months after disaster strikes.

Defensible space cleanup
for underserved and vulnerable communities, reducing wildfire risk and protecting entire neighborhoods. Millions in California live in high-risk areas but lack the resources for prevention or recovery.

Brett Lawton

"We don’t just rebuild communities—we help restore stability, foster preparedness, and create lasting results for underserved families and businesses recovering after disaster."
“That’s when Restoring Lives Foundation came into the picture. They stepped in and found a way to help us rebuild.”
